Shop and Dine
Main Street in Moorestown is more active than ever. This spring, set out and dine al fresco at a variety of hot spots in town. Cubby Hole is open for breakfast and lunch from 7:30am to 3pm every day. They always have mouth watering breakfast specials like banana cream pie french toast. What could be better? Passariello’s has ample outdoor seating in the back of their shop. Often overlooked, it’s a quiet reprieve from the traffic on Main Street.
Lace Up Your Sneaks
For the more mature crowd, take a turn with over 30 co-ed basketball. The spring league runs Mondays from April 2 to June 18 at Moorestown Recreation Center Gym. There is also an over-30 co-ed soccer league that plays on Tuesday nights from March 13 to May 29 at Wesley Bishop Middle Turf Field. Pickleball more your speed? Play Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays this spring. Tennis lessons are on Tuesdays starting March 20 for kids and adults at Jeff Young Park.
Take a Hike
Boundary Creek Natural Resource Area is a 34-acre park that has trails, bird watching, boardwalks, and open water. Visit for a quiet walk or run and enjoy the natural surroundings and wildlife. Strawbridge Lake is another local walking spot right off of Route 38 in Moorestown. Take a leisurely stroll around the lake and appreciate the nature all around you.
