Kelly Cozzi grew up in Haddonfield, New Jersey and graduated from Rowan University with a B.A. in Communications. Kelly has been helping people and companies find solutions to their challenges throughout her career. She has a wide range of experience in sales and marketing for industries ranging from industrial products to HR services. At the Moriuchi Group, she actively supports client’s during the home buying or selling process to ensure the transition is smooth and all important milestones are met. Kelly is a licensed real estate agent in the State of New Jersey.

Sarah grew up in Medford, New Jersey and studied Fashion Merchandising at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. After working in commercial Real Estate in Los Angeles, California, Sarah wanted to bring a more personalized skill set to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania residential market. She has a variety of experience in the fields of event planning, design, marketing, and sales. As part of the Moriuchi Group, Sarah blends her passion for finding innovative solutions to new challenges with helping people achieve their dreams of home ownership. She is also a proud volunteer and supporter of The Cancer Warrior Foundation.

An award winning, outstanding Real Estate Professional servicing the South Jersey area, Amber is no stranger to tending to her clients’ needs. Amber has several years of sales experience, in addition to holding a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University, double majoring in Journalism/Media Studies and Sociology. She is passionate about surpassing goals and expectations, and enjoys building quality relationships with her clients. Amber assesses what her buyers are looking for in their dream home, and makes it happen! Another one of Amber’s strengths is selling homes. As the former Director of a local non-profit organization, Amber is a strong business development professional.

Timothy Lee grew up in Newark, NJ and has lived in Mt. Laurel, NJ for the past 28 years. Passionate about the “Human” side of business, his experiences in Human Resources enabled him to grow in the areas of talent acquisition and development. In 2000, Tim left corporate to establish his own Executive Search Firm, working with large and small organizations facilitating in the hiring of senior level executives as well as building sales teams. In his free time, Tim has been actively involved in real estate. He now brings his passion and sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly focused search for their new home and to help sellers get the most value for their home.

Dana has been a Moorestown resident for over 27 years and has spent more than 12 of those years in real estate. Dana is Uniquely qualified as a Realtor, focusing on helping clients achieve their home ownership goals. She has a passion for helping people which shines through every transaction she assists with. To ensure that she is always providing the highest caliber of service, Dana attends weekly seminars and classes to stay informed of changes in the Real Estate industry. Dana studied Business Administration at Trenton State College.

Michelle grew up in Delaware County and moved to South Jersey in 2011. Before joining the Moriuchi Group, Michelle worked in the telecom industry, with a background in site development. Eventually, her passion for real estate lead her to change careers and become a licensed real estate agent. Michelle joined the Moriuchi Group in 2016, and became a Buyers Agent because she liked the emphasis on working as a team and its focus on buyers. Her favorite part of the job is the satisfaction she feels when she has helped buyers find exactly what they are looking for. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys time with her family, as well as coaching competitive cheerleading in Cherry Hill.

Tatiana has lived in New Jersey for most of her life, and currently resides in Mount Laurel. She has spent the past two years working in real estate and helping clients find the home of their dreams. Her favorite part of working with the Moriuchi Group is that she’s part of a passionate team of agents who are working to change lives through the power of real estate. In her spare time, Tatiana enjoys going to the park with her husband and 3 year old daughter, walking her 3 dogs, and hanging out with family and friends.

Sabella graduated from Philadelphia University with a B.A. in Marketing, and initially began her career in management and sales in the insurance industry. Soon after, she fell in love with real estate after working as a design consultant for several investment properties, and promptly transitioned into Real Estate sales. As part of The Moriuchi Group, Sabella combines her passions for meeting challenges, finding creative solutions, and building strong relationships by being committed to helping every buyer find or create their dream home. In her spare time, she proudly volunteers as a Big Sister for the Big Brothers, Big Sisters Organization.

Kirstin grew up in Cherry Hill, New Jersey and became a Philadelphia native after graduating from Philadelphia University where she played field hockey and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising. After spending 10 years building her network of friends and learning the ins and outs of the city, Kirstin moved to Sewell, New Jersey where she currently resides. Still an avid city goer, Kirstin enjoys building relationships, connecting friends and networking. Kirstin joins The Moriuchi Group after 9 years as an administrative professional. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out and traveling.

Lauren grew up in Riverton and currently resides in Medford. She graduated from Moorestown High School and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Southern Methodist University. Lauren’s background in the construction industry led her to a career in Real Estate where she uses her knowledge to help clients achieve their dreams of home ownership. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and two children on Long Beach Island and Avalon. Lauren specializes as a Buyer’s Agent and is committed to helping clients find homes in the Medford area or even that special summer home on LBI or Avalon.

Melissa grew up in Cherry Hill and studied Communications and Public Relations at Rowan University. After leading a marketing team for a Fortune 500 commercial real estate firm in Washington, DC, she returned to New Jersey to work for an advertising agency, where she was able to combine her marketing experience and client skills with social media strategy. Wanting to return to the real estate market, she joined the Moriuchi Group, where she utilizes her unique client skills to assist buyers in achieving home ownership. Melissa is very passionate about health and wellness and enjoys watching baseball, working out, and spending time with her friends and family. She is also a member of The South Jersey Real Estate Investors Association.
