Born and raised in South Jersey, Brooke Van Saun is a true “Jersey girl” who returned home after 15 years living the military life alongside her husband. Moving from duty station to duty station gave Brooke a deep respect for what a home really means—stability, comfort, and the confidence that your day-to-day life is set up to work. It also made her the go-to resource for friends and family navigating new towns, new schools, and the very real emotions that come with change.
Before real estate, Brooke spent over a decade as an elementary school teacher—teaching science, fifth grade, and kindergarten—after earning her degree in Elementary Education and American Studies from Rider University. That foundation shows up in how she serves clients today: clear communication, strong advocacy, calm guidance, and meticulous attention to the details that make a transaction feel seamless. Whether you’re relocating from hundreds of miles away or making a move locally, Brooke delivers clear strategy, steady advocacy, and thoughtful follow-through—from first consult to closing—so you feel informed, protected, and in control.
Brooke grew up in Cinnaminson and Moorestown and remains deeply invested in the Moorestown community. As a resident of Moorestown, she organizes the town’s annual Memorial Day Ceremony, serves on the board of the Moorestown Youth Softball Association, coaches recreational and travel softball, and stays closely connected to local schools through Home & School involvement and room-parent volunteering. Not only is her community immersion a “fun fact”—but it’s real, on-the-ground neighborhood knowledge and relationships that benefit her clients.
As part of The Moriuchi Group, Brooke pairs her local roots with a team built on professionalism, integrity, and a service-first approach—designed to anticipate needs, reduce stress, and deliver an elevated experience from first conversation through closing (and beyond).
Outside of real estate, you’ll find Brooke with her family, at the Jersey Shore in the summer, cooking, exercising, and—yes—keeping up with Bravo.
