Why did you join the Moriuchi Group and why The Moriuchi Group?
When I got my license my sister recommended I speak with Naoji as they had gone to Moorestown Friends School together, and she had great things to say about him. After our first interaction I knew I wanted to join his team because he was so knowledgeable, is very well known in the area, and had a great reputation. I also really appreciated the fact that he never comes off as “salesy” but authentic and extremely respectable. I have been on Naoji’s team for over five years now and I have grown so much as an agent.
Why do you love being a real estate agent?
I have always wanted to have a career that allowed me to help people and that’s why I feel as though real estate is the perfect fit for me. Every day I get to wake up and help people and it’s an honor to do so. When you find your client the home of their dreams and you’re sitting at the closing table, it’s the best feeling! I also enjoy the flexibility that it offers. I can make my kids sporting events that I would likely have to miss out on if I was working a normal 9-5 job.What makes you a good agent?
I am very personable and really make sure I make a great lasting connection with my clients. I am also extremely honest. I don’t try to tell my clients what they want to hear to get the deal done, I tell them the truth even if that means I will miss out on the commission. For me it’s not about the profit, once again, it’s about helping people whether that benefits me financially or not. I want people to love the home and the town they live in and I will help them in any way I can to make that dream a reality.
What’s your favorite part about living in south Jersey?
I live in Medford, NJ, which I love due to all the open space, the lakes and the great community. My husband and I (high school sweethearts) are New Jersey natives, so we have a ton of family and friends that live locally which makes it such a great place to raise our own children. I also just enjoy going down to the shore in the summer, eating at the fabulous local restaurants, and being able to quickly pop into the city. Living in south jersey you have the best of both worlds, woods, beach, community, and close proximity to two major cities!
What do you do in your spare time?
One of my big passions is horseback riding. I take lessons every week and even compete which I really enjoy. South Jersey has a great horseback riding community, with a ton of talented riders, which makes the competitions fierce and fun! I also really love to travel and of course spending a lot of time with my husband and kids.
What’s an interesting fact about you?
I love to travel and try to visit somewhere I have never been once a year.
