Moorestown Sports & Rec
The Moorestown High School Quakers compete in the Burlington County Scholastic League of the New Jersey Interscholastic Athletic Association, which covers Burlington, Mercer and Ocean Counties; based on enrollment, they are in Group III. The Quakers boast a long history of athletic achievement including 19 state championships in boys swimming and 15 state championships in field hockey. From 2000 to 2009 the girls lacrosse team won ten consecutive state championships. MHS is always ranked one of the top high schools in the state by the NJSIAA in terms of athletic performance. Outside of high school sports, Moorestown has plenty of opportunities for club sport participation.
Soccer for ages 8 through 19, for both competitive and recreational soccer.
For 1st through 6th grade boys, plus opportunities for Pre-K and K teams (5 and 6 year olds).
5v5 non-contact flag football for 1st through 12th grades.
Street Hockey teams serving K through High School.
4th through 8th grade boys and girls A and B team basketball.
