Explore Collingswood: Restaurants

In this new series, we’ll explore towns and neighborhoods in South Jersey. From dining, to shopping, to happenings around town, we’ll dive right in. Collingswood, located in Camden County, is just 15 minutes from Philadelphia and has a bustling downtown area with great food, shopping, and community. Today we’ll explore just some of the food that Collingswood has to offer!

Devil’s Creek Brewery

Opened in May 2016, this family-owned microbrewery is the first one of its kind in Collingswood. Offering tastings in their state-of-the-art tasting room, pick from pints, chalices, and flights. They also offer growlers in two different sizes. While they don’t have food on site, feel free to bring your own! Open Thursday and Friday 5pm to 10pm; Saturday 12pm to 10pm and Sunday 12pm to 6pm.

The Pop Shop

The Pop Shop will take you back in time with its retro-themed diner vibe – without the ordinary diner food. With over 30 grilled cheese variations, and an enormous selection of ice cream concoctions, and other American comfort foods with a twist, the Pop Shop upgrades the diner experience. With an extensive kids menu, this is a great choice for the whole family.

Sabrina’s Cafe

Sabrina’s Cafe is a popular breakfast and brunch spot right in downtown Collingswood. With multiple locations in Philly too, it’s no wonder it’s become a hit! With fun specials like a menu riff off of Game of Thrones (think King’s Landing Special Egg Benedict) you’ll find your perfect go-to brunch spot. They also serve lunch and dinner. Oh, and did we mention it’s BYOB?

Sagami Japanese Restaurant

Looking for fresh and authentic sushi in South Jersey? Look no further than Sagami. Known for their Sashimi and Chirashi, their fans rave about Sagami having some of the freshest fish around. They do get busy, so make sure to reserve a table in advance. Another perk? It’s BYOB.

Zeppoli

This intimate sicilian BYOB is consistently named a top restaurant in the area. With only 35 seats, it’s a great choice for a special occasion or romantic dinner date. You can’t go wrong with one of their homemade pasta or dessert dishes.
