Originally from Woodstown, NJ. Andrew Flagstad now calls National Park, NJ, home. With his wife, Hannah, and their cat, Saja, Andrew began his real estate career photographing properties all throughout South Jersey. Through that experience, he developed an appreciation for the industry and the people behind each transaction, inspiring him to pursue a more permanent role in real estate.
Today, Andrew serves as the Operations Coordinator for The Moriuchi Group, where he plays an important role in keeping transactions organized and moving smoothly from contract to close. He works closely with agents, clients, lenders, and attorneys, helping ensure compliance requirements are met, details stay on track, and everyone involved has a reliable point of contact throughout the process.
Being people-driven, Andrew brings an organized, task-oriented approach to his work along with a strong comfort level with technology. He enjoys solving problems, keeping moving pieces organized, and helping create a seamless experience for both the agents he supports and the clients they serve.
For Andrew, home is about much more than a house. It is about the people you spend your life with—the people who become the core of who you are. That belief shapes the way he approaches his work and his commitment to helping create positive experiences for the families and individuals navigating the real estate process.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with Hannah and Saja, traveling, playing disc golf and board games, attending concerts, exploring photography, and enjoying his home theater. His background also includes some unique experiences: Andrew has competed internationally as part of a barbershop quartet, toured the country with Grammy-nominated artists, and photographed weddings internationally.
At the heart of everything Andrew does is his family. Being a husband and building a future together with Hannah is something he has always valued, and he is motivated by the desire to give the people he loves his very best—both at home and in his career.
