How it works

You and your agent work together to decide which services can increase your home’s value the most and set an estimated budget for the work.

When you’re ready to start, your Compass agent will be by your side as you engage vendors and commission work.

Once the transformation is complete, your home will go on the market.

You’ll pay for the services when one of the following happens — your home sells or you terminate your listing agreement with Compass.

Case Study

A recent property at 1012 Kresson Rd. was an estate sale where the previous owner happened to be a hoarder. The home was filled to the ceiling and needed a complete overhaul to get the best listing price for our client. The Moriuchi Group team orchestrated all the clean-up crews from a slow clean-out, in order for the new owner to look for some needed documents, to the large clean-out that filled ten 30-yard dumpsters, and finally the deep cleaning crew that got the home show ready. Due to our efforts, the home sold in under a week at $50K+ above asking price.
