Tatiana is our highly organized and detail-oriented Listing Manager. She has been a licensed Realtor with the Moriuchi Group since 2016. In 2019 she transitioned to become the team’s Listing Manager, when her family moved out of state. Her previous experience working as a real estate agent paired with her love for writing and organization makes her a valued member of our operations team.
As the team listing manager, Tatiana treats each listing as if it were her own home, ensuring that we list it in the best light possible. She loves supporting our agents and clients every step of the way until they are under contract. Tatiana assists with getting the home listing ready by contacting vendors, scheduling pictures, preparing the listing materials, ensuring compliance, communicating next steps with our sellers, and assisting our agents through each step of the listing process.
In her spare time, Tatiana enjoys going to the park with her husband and daughter, walking her dogs, going to theme parks, and spending time with family and friends. Her favorite part of working with the Moriuchi Group is that she’s part of a passionate team of agents who are working to change lives through the power of real estate.
