Philly Pretzel Factory was founded in 1998 by college buddies Dan DiZio and Len Lehman and has grown into the largest Philly style pretzel bakery in the world. We’ve been franchising since 2004.
What is your favorite part about being located on Main Street in Moorestown? Is there a strong sense of community in Moorestown?
We love being located on Main Street. We really feel like we are a part of the community there and are well embraced. Moorestown is a great town and we love being a part of people’s routines in Moorestown.
What is your most popular menu item?
The most popular item is an order of 4 pretzels, followed by a row of mini’s.
What’s the key to running a successful storefront on Main Street in Moorestown?
Being a member of the community is key. Philly Pretzel Factory likes to give away free pretzels every year for National Pretzel Day, and we want our customers to know just how appreciated they are. We want to be the first place that people think of for a party or gathering, so we go out of our way to be known in the community by giving back and having a presence at events.

Philly Pretzel Factory has grown to 167 locations, and we’re going to continue growing. Franchisees have not only brought Philly Pretzel Factory to new cities across the Northeast, but also south to Florida and west to Las Vegas.
